ABOUT US
- Kingsway Oaks II is a small community located in Seffner, Florida. Construction was completed in 2001. All of our homes were built by either Radd Construction or Freemar Homes. The neighborhood consists of one oval street with two entrances, one on Kingsway Road and the other on Lenna Avenue.
- In May 2001, the developers turned over all the documents and monies associated with Kingsway Oaks II and the Kingsway Oaks II HOA officially started. On August 1, 2003, the Board of Directors contracted with L.E. Wilson & Associates, Inc. to manage the Association. After L.E. Wilson sold their business to Vesta the board decided to contract with McNeil Management Services as of September 1, 2022
- We are proud of all that our Association has accomplished and would like to introduce you to our Directors, Officers, programs, and committees.
- The Directors and Officers of the HOA hope that everyone in the community shows their support by attending our quarterly business meetings, actively participating in a program or committee, and providing ideas to improve our neighborhood.
Our mission is to provide Kingsway Oaks II residents with information concerning our Homeowners Association and neighborhood that is easily accessible and always available.
